Hunza valley is one of the best known of tourist spots throughout the world. Karimabad is the capital village (2500m) of the valley. This is the so-called Shangrila which means imaginary paradise, the mythical Hunza valley where every other man is said to be above 100. Karimabad offers an awe-inspiring view of Rakaposhi (7788m). White Hunza tour will highlight the snows of Rakaposhi glitter in the moonlight, producing an atmosphere at once ethereal and sublime and lot more. During your Hunza Valley tour, you obtain a magnificent view of the whole valley laid out below you and of the peaks behind. The fairy-tale like castle of Baltit is a Hunza’s landmark built about 700 years ago. Baltit (the old capital of Hunza) was built by the Baltit artisans who came to Hunza with a Balti princess married to a Hunza Mir in ancient times. If one want to see the white Hunza then travelling in the month of December or January will be the best option.

Itinerary

Day 01: Islamabad – Gilgit (By Air)
At 0530hrs assembling in front of our office, then drop to airport for morning flight to Gilgit by Pk.605 at 0700hrs arrive in Gilgit at 0810hrs. Upon arrival transfer to Hotel. Afternoon visit Karga Bhudha and local Bazar. Overnight stay in hotel at Gilgit.

Day 02: Gilgit – Karimabad
At 0800hrs departure for Hunza Valley, enroute tea stop in front of Rakaposhi glacier (Rakaposhi peak 7788m). Up on arrival transfer to hotel and check in. Afternoon visit Baltit fort and local Bazar. Overnight stay in hotel at Karimabad.

Day 03: Karimabad – Gilgit
Morning jeep excursion for Nagar Valley to see Hoper glacier. Afternoon we will drive back to Gilgit. Overnight stay at in hotel.

Day 04: Gilgit – Islamabad (By Air)
Flight back for Islamabad by PIA flight Pk606 at 0830hrs arrives at 0940hrs in Islamabad. On arrival the clients will be dropped at their residences.

Note: Flights are subject to weather and backlog, therefore, in case of flight cancellation air fare will be adjusted in overland travel. In case of extra night stay clients will have to bear the difference in price of tour package.
