1. Introduction and Agreement

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) constitute a binding legal contract between Pakistan Tour (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Company”) and you (“Traveler,” “Customer,” “you,” or “Client”). This Agreement governs your use of our website, mobile application, and all services related to booking and participating in pak tour packages, Islamabad tours, Lahore city tours, Skardu trips, sightseeing Karachi, and all other trips to Pakistan offered by Pakistan Tour.

By accessing our website, using our mobile application, making a booking, or purchasing any tours of Pakistan from Pakistan Tour, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms, conditions, and policies outlined in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use our services or book any Pakistan travel packages with us.

2. Definitions

For clarity throughout this Agreement:

• “Traveler” or “Customer”: Any individual or group booking pak tour packages or trips to Pakistan with Pakistan Tour
• “Service” or “Tours”: All travel, tour, and tourism services offered by Pakistan Tour, including Islamabad tours, Lahore city tours, Skardu trips, and sightseeing Karachi
• “Booking”: A confirmed reservation for any pak tour package or trips to Pakistan
• “Confirmation”: Written confirmation of a booking issued by Pakistan Tour via email or other communication method
• “Website”: The official Pakistan Tour website and all associated web pages
• “Mobile Application”: Pakistan Tour’s mobile app for iOS and Android devices
• “Payment”: Full or partial payment made for tours of Pakistan
• “Cancellation Policy”: Terms regarding refunds and booking modifications

3. Booking Terms and Conditions

3.1 Booking Process

To book any pak tour packages or trips to Pakistan with Pakistan Tour, you must:

1. Provide accurate and complete personal information, including your full name, contact details, date of birth, nationality, and passport information
2. Specify your preferred travel dates and select your desired Islamabad tours, Lahore city tours, Skardu trips, sightseeing Karachi, or other tours of Pakistan
3. Review all itinerary details, pricing, and terms before confirming your booking
4. Accept these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy
5. Complete payment as instructed through our secure payment system

3.2 Booking Confirmation

Upon successful payment, Pakistan Tour will send you a booking confirmation via email containing:

• Booking reference number
• Complete itinerary for your pak tour package or trips to Pakistan
• Traveler information and accommodation details
• Contact information and emergency support details
• Pre-trip requirements and recommended preparations
• Terms and conditions summary

You must review your confirmation immediately and contact Pakistan Tour within 24 hours if any information is incorrect. Failure to report discrepancies may prevent modifications later.

3.3 Minimum Group Size

Some pak tour packages, particularly Skardu trips and specialized tours of Pakistan, require a minimum number of participants. If minimum group size is not met by the specified deadline, Pakistan Tour reserves the right to offer alternative dates, cancel the tour with full refund, or suggest combining with other groups.

3.4 Traveler Eligibility

By booking trips to Pakistan with Pakistan Tour, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent if under 18)
• You are physically and mentally capable of participating in the selected tour activities
• You do not have any medical conditions that would be adversely affected by the trip
• You possess valid travel documents including a passport valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates
• You meet all entry requirements for Pakistan as set by Pakistani immigration authorities

3.5 Changes to Bookings

Modifications to your pak tour package or trips to Pakistan bookings may be permitted before the cancellation deadline, subject to availability and the following conditions:

• Changes must be requested in writing at least 14 days before your scheduled departure date
• A booking modification fee of PKR 2,000 per change applies
• Date and destination changes are subject to availability and price differences
• If the new pak tour package costs more, you must pay the difference
• If the new tour costs less, no refund will be issued; the credit may be applied to future bookings

Changes requested less than 14 days before departure may be denied, and standard cancellation fees will apply.

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing Information

All prices for pak tour packages and trips to Pakistan displayed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are per person and based on double occupancy for accommodation. Single room supplements, triple occupancy, and child pricing are available upon request and will be quoted separately.

Prices for tours of Pakistan, including Islamabad tours, Lahore city tours, Skardu trips, and sightseeing Karachi, are subject to change without notice until your booking is confirmed and payment is received.

4.2 What’s Included and Excluded

Typically Included in Pak Tour Packages:

• Accommodation at specified hotels or resorts
• Meals as specified in the itinerary
• Ground transportation and sightseeing activities
• Professional tour guides for Islamabad tours, Lahore city tours, Skardu trips, and sightseeing Karachi
• Entrance fees to attractions and monuments mentioned in the itinerary
• Travel insurance as specified

Typically NOT Included:

• International or domestic airfare (unless specified as “all-inclusive”)
• Personal travel insurance (recommended but optional)
• Visa fees and travel document costs
• Meals not specifically mentioned in the itinerary
• Alcoholic beverages and personal expenses
• Tips and gratuities for guides and staff
• Activities not listed as part of the trips to Pakistan package
• Optional add-on excursions or upgrades

Detailed inclusion and exclusion information will be provided in your specific pak tour package itinerary.

4.3 Payment Methods

Pakistan Tour accepts the following payment methods for trips to Pakistan:

• Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, HBL, UBL, etc.)
• Bank transfers to our designated account (details provided upon request)
• Mobile wallet payments (JazzCash, EasyPaisa)
• Cash payment at our office (for local customers in Islamabad)

All payments are processed through secure, encrypted channels and comply with international payment security standards.

4.4 Payment Schedule

• Non-Refundable Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total tour price is required within 3 days of booking confirmation to secure your pak tour package or trips to Pakistan
• Final Payment: The remaining 75% must be paid in full at least 30 days before your departure date for tours of Pakistan
• Late Payment Penalties: If final payment is not received by the deadline, Pakistan Tour reserves the right to cancel your booking and apply cancellation charges

4.5 Currency and Exchange Rates

All prices for pak tour packages are quoted in Pakistani Rupees. If payment is made in foreign currency, exchange rate fluctuations are the responsibility of the customer, and the actual amount received by Pakistan Tour will determine the value of your booking for trips to Pakistan.

4.6 Price Increases

Pakistan Tour reserves the right to increase prices for tours of Pakistan due to:

• Significant fluctuations in fuel costs and transportation expenses
• Changes in accommodation and entry fee rates
• Currency exchange rate variations
• Government-imposed taxes and levies
• Force majeure events affecting operational costs

Travelers will be notified of price changes immediately. If the increase exceeds 5% of the original price, travelers have the right to cancel with a full refund or accept the new price.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Cancellation Terms

Cancellations of pak tour packages and trips to Pakistan must be requested in writing via email to mahmood_malikpk@yahoo.com with your booking reference number. Verbal cancellations are not recognized.

5.2 Cancellation Charges

Refunds for cancelled tours of Pakistan are calculated as follows based on the date of cancellation relative to your departure date:

5.3 Non-Refundable Deposits

The initial 25% non-refundable deposit on pak tour packages is not refundable under any circumstances. This deposit secures your place on trips to Pakistan and covers Pakistan Tour’s administrative and operational costs.

5.4 Refund Processing

Once a cancellation request is approved and refund amount is calculated:

• Refunds will be processed within 15-20 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for booking the tours of Pakistan
• Bank transfer processing times vary; customers should allow 3-5 additional business days for funds to appear in their account
• Pakistan Tour is not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions or payment gateways

5.5 No Show Policy

If you fail to appear for your Islamabad tours, Lahore city tours, Skardu trips, sightseeing Karachi, or any other trips to Pakistan without prior notification:

• No refund will be issued
• Your entire payment is forfeited
• Pakistan Tour will not provide any services or accommodations
• Re-booking terms will require a new full payment

5.6 Cancellation by Pakistan Tour

Pakistan Tour may cancel any pak tour package or trips to Pakistan booking in the following situations:

• Minimum group size is not met by specified deadlines
• Force majeure events make travel unsafe or impossible (natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, etc.)
• Traveler violates terms of this Agreement or provides false information
• Traveler engages in illegal or unethical conduct
• Traveler fails to pay outstanding balances or completion of payment

In such cases, Pakistan Tour will offer:

• Full refund of all payments (excluding non-refundable deposits if applicable)
• Alternative travel dates, if available
• Reasonable alternative tours of Pakistan

6. Traveler Responsibilities and Conduct

6.1 Valid Documentation

Travelers are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents for trips to Pakistan, including:

• Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity)
• Appropriate visa (if required for your nationality)
• Vaccinations or health certificates as required by Pakistani authorities
• Travel insurance

Pakistan Tour is not responsible for entry denials due to invalid or insufficient documentation. No refund will be issued if a traveler is denied entry to Pakistan.

6.2 Physical and Medical Fitness

Travelers must be in adequate physical and mental condition to participate in their selected pak tour package. Travelers with medical conditions must disclose them during booking. Pakistan Tour reserves the right to deny participation in specific tours of Pakistan if a traveler’s condition poses a safety risk.

Travelers should consult their physician before booking Skardu trips or high-altitude tours of Pakistan.

6.3 Travel Insurance

While travel insurance is not mandatory for pak tour packages, it is highly recommended for trips to Pakistan. Insurance should cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, lost baggage, and evacuation. Pakistan Tour accepts no liability for medical expenses, travel delays, or lost items not covered by personal insurance.

6.4 Code of Conduct

All travelers on pak tour packages agree to:

• Respect Pakistani culture, customs, and local laws
• Treat tour guides, staff, and other travelers with courtesy and respect
• Follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided during Islamabad tours, Lahore city tours, Skardu trips, and sightseeing Karachi
• Comply with local regulations and respect religious sites and cultural monuments
• Not engage in illegal activities, substance abuse, or disruptive behavior
• Not create hazardous or unsafe situations for other travelers or staff
• Not photograph or record others without explicit permission, especially in religious sites

6.5 Removal from Tours

Pakistan Tour reserves the right to remove any traveler from pak tour packages or trips to Pakistan without refund if they:

• Violate this Code of Conduct
• Pose a safety risk to themselves or others
• Are under the influence of drugs or alcohol
• Engage in illegal or criminal activity
• Display abusive or threatening behavior toward staff or fellow travelers

7. Liability and Limitations

7.1 Pakistan Tour’s Limited Liability

Pakistan Tour acts as a tour operator and coordinator for pak tour packages and trips to Pakistan. We arrange accommodations, transportation, and activities for Islamabad tours, Lahore city tours, Skardu trips, sightseeing Karachi, and other tours of Pakistan, but do not directly provide these services.

Pakistan Tour is NOT responsible for:

• Actions, inactions, or negligence of hotels, airlines, transportation companies, guides, or other third-party service providers
• Accidents, injuries, illnesses, or deaths occurring during trips to Pakistan
• Lost, stolen, or damaged luggage or personal belongings
• Delays, cancellations, or changes to flights, transportation, or accommodation by service providers
• Natural disasters, weather conditions, or force majeure events
• Political unrest, civil disturbances, or security incidents in Pakistan or along travel routes
• Food poisoning, allergic reactions, or health issues related to meals
• Changes to tour itineraries due to circumstances beyond Pakistan Tour’s reasonable control

7.2 Assumption of Risk

By booking any pak tour package or participating in trips to Pakistan with Pakistan Tour, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with travel to Pakistan, including:

• Travel to remote areas such as Skardu
• High-altitude activities and mountain terrain
• Exposure to unfamiliar climates and environments
• Travel in vehicles on Pakistani roads
• Activities that may involve physical exertion

7.3 Maximum Liability

Pakistan Tour’s maximum liability for any claim arising from tours of Pakistan, including Islamabad tours, Lahore city tours, Skardu trips, and sightseeing Karachi, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the traveler for that specific booking. This limitation applies to all claims regardless of cause, including negligence, breach of contract, or tort.

Pakistan Tour disclaims liability for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Lost profits or loss of enjoyment
• Emotional distress or psychological harm
• Damage to reputation or business

7.4 Third-Party Services

Pakistan Tour is not liable for the services, acts, or omissions of third-party providers including hotels, airlines, transportation companies, restaurants, guides, and activity operators involved in pak tour packages. These service providers are independent contractors responsible for their own operations.

Travelers should contact the service providers directly for complaints regarding their services during trips to Pakistan.

7.5 Travel Warnings and Safety

Pakistan Tour recommends that travelers check travel advisories from their government before booking tours of Pakistan. By booking, you acknowledge that you have assessed the current safety situation and voluntarily accept any risks associated with travel to Pakistan.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1 Website Content

All content on the Pakistan Tour website and mobile application, including text, images, photographs, videos, graphics, logos, itineraries descriptions, and travel guides for pak tour packages and trips to Pakistan, is the exclusive property of Pakistan Tour and is protected by Pakistani and international copyright laws.

8.2 Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to view and print content from our website for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without written permission
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on our content
• Use our content for commercial purposes or competitive advantage
• Remove or alter any copyright notices or proprietary markings

8.3 Traveler Photos and Content

Any photographs, videos, or other content created by travelers during pak tour packages or trips to Pakistan may be used by Pakistan Tour for marketing, promotional, or informational purposes on our website, social media, or other platforms. By participating in tours of Pakistan with us, you grant Pakistan Tour a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content.

If you do not wish your image or content to be used, notify Pakistan Tour in writing within 14 days of your tour completion.

8.4 Trademarks

“Pakistan Tour,” our logo, and other trademarks associated with our pak tour packages and trips to Pakistan services are trademarks of Pakistan Tour. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is prohibited without written consent.

9. Pricing Transparency and Dispute Resolution

9.1 Price Guarantee

Once your booking is confirmed and full payment received, the price for your pak tour package, Islamabad tours, Lahore city tours, Skardu trips, or sightseeing Karachi is guaranteed and will not increase except as permitted under Section 4.6.

9.2 Billing Disputes

If you dispute a charge for tours of Pakistan on your payment statement:

1. Contact Pakistan Tour within 30 days of the transaction
2. Provide your booking reference and payment receipt
3. Clearly describe the dispute in writing
4. Submit documentation supporting your claim

Pakistan Tour will investigate and respond within 15 business days.

9.3 Complaint Resolution

For complaints regarding pak tour packages or trips to Pakistan:

2. Provide your booking reference, detailed description, and supporting evidence
3. Pakistan Tour will investigate and respond within 10 business days

10. Force Majeure and Extraordinary Events

10.1 Definition

Force majeure events include circumstances beyond reasonable control such as natural disasters, pandemics, wars, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, extreme weather, or other unforeseen events that prevent or materially impact travel services for pak tour packages and trips to Pakistan.

10.2 Impact on Tours

If force majeure events occur before or during your Islamabad tours, Lahore city tours, Skardu trips, sightseeing Karachi, or other tours of Pakistan:

• Pakistan Tour will make reasonable efforts to continue services or modify itineraries
• If tours cannot proceed, travelers may choose to:
  • Reschedule to alternative dates (if available)
  • Receive a credit for future travel with Pakistan Tour (valid 12 months)
  • Request a full refund (may take 30-60 days to process)

10.3 Non-Refundable Deposits

Non-refundable deposits remain non-refundable even in force majeure situations. However, they may be transferred to alternative travel dates if tours are cancelled due to force majeure.

11. Modifications to Tours and Itineraries

11.1 Right to Modify

Pakistan Tour reserves the right to modify itineraries for pak tour packages and trips to Pakistan due to:

• Weather conditions or seasonal factors
• Unforeseen circumstances or emergency situations
• Changes in government regulations or restrictions
• Local conditions affecting specific destinations like Skardu, Islamabad, Lahore, or Karachi
• Operational necessities

11.2 Notification

Travelers will be notified of significant itinerary changes at least 7 days before departure if possible. Minor changes (different hotels of similar standard, adjusted activity timings) may occur without prior notice.

11.3 Compensation for Changes

If itinerary changes significantly reduce the value or quality of your tours of Pakistan, Pakistan Tour will:

• Offer compensation in the form of tour credits
• Provide alternative services of equivalent or greater value
• Issue partial refunds if no suitable alternatives exist

12. Privacy and Data Protection

Pakistan Tour’s collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions. By booking pak tour packages or trips to Pakistan with us, you consent to data collection and processing as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Travelers have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information related to their tours of Pakistan bookings.

13. Confidentiality and Communication

14.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or related to tours of Pakistan shall be resolved through the following process:

1. Good Faith Negotiation: Parties will attempt to resolve disputes through direct communication and good faith negotiation
2. Mediation: If negotiation fails, either party may request mediation through a mutually agreed neutral mediator in Islamabad, Pakistan
3. Arbitration: If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under Pakistani arbitration laws
4. Legal Action: As a final resort, disputes may be addressed through courts having jurisdiction in Islamabad, Pakistan

14.3 Jurisdiction

By entering into this Agreement for pak tour packages and trips to Pakistan, travelers submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Islamabad, Pakistan, and waive any objections to venue or inconvenient forum.

14.4 No Class Action

Travelers agree that all disputes regarding tours of Pakistan services shall be resolved on an individual basis. Class action lawsuits are not permitted under this Agreement.

15. Amendment and Modification

15.1 Changes to Terms

Pakistan Tour reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or booking of tours of Pakistan after modifications constitute acceptance of the updated terms.

15.2 Material Changes

For material changes affecting pak tour packages or trips to Pakistan bookings already made, travelers will be notified via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

16. Severability

Any amendments or modifications to these Terms and Conditions must be made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Pakistan Tour to be valid.

• You have read and understood these entire Terms and Conditions
• You agree to be bound by all provisions outlined in this Agreement
• You have had the opportunity to seek legal counsel if desired
• You voluntarily enter into this Agreement with Pakistan Tour
